We guarantee the user of this site the confidentiality of all data provided. We undertake not to provide your email or personal data to third parties.
Registration is required to make purchases on this site. It is hereby agreed that the personal data provided in the electronic registration are true and proper, and that you will be responsible for all losses that the falsification of information may entail.
Check out the product immediately upon delivery. If there is any discrepancy with the product please inform us by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 07 (seven) calendar days.
We do not exchange products with the wrong size, because we provide all measurements and it is the customer's responsibility to measure and choose the appropriate size.
DEFECTIVE PRODUT EXCHANGE
The request for exchange must be communicated by the customer within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt. The deadline for product collection will be informed via email. If the product purchased on our site is defective after 7 (seven) days from the date of receipt but within the product warranty period, you should contact us to communicate the fact and clarify.
- The normal delivery time for products on demand (ie from abroad) is 30 to 90 business days. The delivery time starts after the order processing time which takes AVERAGE 14 (fourteen) calendar days;
- In certain cases this normal delivery time may be extended due to delays, strikes, recess, periods of high demand in the post office, in other words situations beyond our control, so the extended delivery time for protudo on demand is 90 (ninety) to one hundred and twenty (120) business days.
Business day is any day other than Saturday, Sunday or holiday. A month has about 20 business days.
PRODUCT NOT WITHDRAWN, MISSING RECIPIENT, INCORRECT ADDRESS
We do not refund or take responsibility if the recipient is missing, moved to other adress, registered the wrong address or not removing the package at the Post Office if it is taxed. If the product is not received or withdrawn in this case, it will be returned to the supplier.
- Products by order: Soon after the payment of the purchase is confirmed, the store has 14 calendar days to place the order. After ordering, the supplier will take around 7 business days to ship and provide the tracking code. Already with the tracking in hand, the store will send it to the customer in an email with more information, including a tutorial teaching how to track.
Every month end out-of-stock and product reviews are performed, so if someone purchases a product that is out of stock and the system has not been updated, we will refund the product value within 7 calendar days and we will send the checking copy via email to buyer or by credit card chargeback.
We will not refund you before 120 business days.
When the deadline expires, refunds will be made by Paypal.
All of our products are imported and shipped directly to your country as soon as purchase processing is completed and the supplier confirms their shipment with us.
- When buying two or more products, they may arrive separately as we have multiple suppliers. If the products are the same, they will arrive together.
All products in the store have free shipping!
SITUATIONS THAT MAY CHANGE THE DELIVERY TIME
• Inconsistency in the data informed in the register.;
• Difficulties in confirming the registration to release the order;
• No responsible person for receiving the product at the place of delivery;
• Refusal to receive the goods by third parties;
• Natural factors such as rainfall, accidents, among others;
• Chinese, Korean and Japanese holidays.
